Las piezas en fibra de vidrio, son fabricadas a mano y personalizadas, pueden presentar imperfecciones puramente estéticas, requieren de un pintor profesional, por lo que no se aceptan devoluciones.
Dado el tiempo y esfuerzo dedicados a cada pieza, garantizamos su ajuste y calidad. Si surge algún problema con la instalación, ajuste o acabado, ofrecemos un servicio de recogida gratuito, realizamos las modificaciones necesarias y reenviamos la pieza sin costo adicional para el cliente. Esta política asegura la satisfacción del cliente mientras valoramos el trabajo artesanal involucrado en cada proyecto.

Fiberglass parts are handcrafted and customized, so they may have purely aesthetic imperfections and require a professional painter. Therefore, returns are not accepted.
Given the time and effort dedicated to each piece, we guarantee its fit and quality. If any issue arises with the installation, fit, or finish, we offer a free pickup service, make the necessary modifications, and resend the part at no additional cost to the customer. This policy ensures customer satisfaction while valuing the handcrafted work involved in each project.

Todos nuestros envíos tienen seguimiento y seguro, de esta manera aseguramos que si por cualquier problema ajeno la mercancía se pierde tendrá la opción de reclamar nuevamente el producto o reembolso una vez hechas las comprobaciones pertinentes.
